Do I have to pay any fees to use this service?

Yes. In addition to paying a price for the ticket or any other items that may be sold, there is a 15% service fee for the transaction. The service fee is calculated from the market demand price of the ticket. These fees are clearly identified to our clients prior to placing the order.

How will my tickets be delivered?

All tickets are delivered using Federal Express.

What if I do not receive my tickets?

Once a client receives a "Connection Confirmation" email from TicketsAnyEvent, we guarantee the client will receive the tickets he or she selected. If for any reason the client does not receive the tickets as identified in the Connection Confirmation email, TicketsAnyEvent will immediately substitute a comparable or better ticket for the same market demand price or refund the client's money.

Can I return my tickets if I change my mind?

Once a client hits the "buy" button to place his or her order, the client has committed to the order and there are no cancellations or exchanges allowed unless otherwise noted. When our clients receive a "Connection Confirmation" email from TicketsAnyEvent, the order is considered confirmed.

What happens if the event is rescheduled, postponed or canceled?

A: If an event is officially rescheduled, rained out or postponed (for any reason including an act of God), an announcement regarding the rescheduled date, time, and any other particulars will be made on one or all of the following: (a) in local newspapers, (b) on local radio, (c) on our website at TicketsAnyEvent.com, and/or (d) on team, artist or box office website. In the event of a rainout, please retain your ticket. A replacement ticket or a refund will not be issued.
